Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip | Work It Training

Looking for a healthy, tasty dip that is low in calories and high in protein? Try our recipe for this roasted red pepper dip. Non-fat plain Greek yogurt gives the dip a creamy texture and adds a punch of protein. You can also substitute non-fat Greek yogurt for mayo in many recipes. Let us know what you think!

Ingredients

8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
12 oz Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
8 oz Grated Asiago Cheese
1 cup Chopped Roasted Red Peppers (you can roast red bell peppers yourself or use a jarred brand)
Pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high power blender and whip until smooth. Serve with fresh veggies: carrot chips, celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower florets and bell pepper slices.
