Work It Get Fit Plan
A comprehensive interview consultation and the development of a fitness lifestyle plan including 2 exercise routines, nutritional recommendations, and lifestyle assessment. This package includes three 45 minute meetings: one meeting for the analysis, one to review the workouts, and another to review nutrition and lifestyle. ($199 one-time fee for an individual and $219 for a couple.)
Work It Plan Maintenance
Ongoing monthly review of progress with two 45 minute meetings each month to review and assess goals, update exercise routines, review nutritional guidance, and address lifestyle concerns. The Work It Plan Maintenance includes online and app-enabled tracking and assistance to keep you focused on your goals. ($129/month individual and $149/month couple on recurring auto draft.)
