Welcome Jordan Gramm to Our Training Team - Work It Training
Work It is happy to welcome Jordan Gramm to our training team! Jordan’s interest in health and wellness began from an early age being involved with different sports in high school and eventually in college as well. This led him to earn a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Indiana University’s School of Public Health. Throughout school, Jordan completed internships with some of most well known strength and conditioning coaches in the world allowing him to gain hands on experience coaching clients and athletes of all levels. Currently, Jordan holds certifications as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jordan is also pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy through the University of St. Augustine.
“I strive to create “art” with each client I train. I strive for an aesthetic, balance physique approach with all my clients no matter if their goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or maintaining muscle tone. I also do not want my clients to get bored of their training routines. If a client is looking for weight loss, I will not just have them get on an elliptical and monitor their heart rate, but rather use tools such as medicine balls, band-resisted sprints, and battling ropes for their conditioning. I want my clients to reach their goals, have fun doing it, and have the best bodies they can imagine. Not only do I focus on my clients’ physiques, I also strive to make my clients more athletic and address any movement patters that may need improvement. My goal is to provide programs that can be incorporated into everyday life. I do not want clients to show up, complete a workout, and leave it all in the gym. I want my clients to be able to take the principals I teach and apply them to their everyday life.” – Jordan
